Trisna also offer very low excess on insurance, and they PAY.
I had a very nice Avanza, which a security staff member at Kuta Townhouses decided needed moving.
This is because there is effectively no safe parking at KTH, and you are always in someones way.
The security guy moved the car....straight into the power pole outside the enterance!!
The damage was significant, and of course, the management group took the view that it was quite funny, and of course, not their responsibility.
The security guy was distraught, and felt that as he was out on his own, he should try to compensate us.
Naturally, we dismissed this notion, and paid the very reasonable excess fee to Trisna, and they were totally understanding, and took on all repairs.
I am not so sure that all rental firms would be so reasonable to work with, and this has certainly earned them return business from us.
I no longer allow KTH staff to touch my vehicle as I know that there is a policy of "no responsibility and little care" when it comes to such matters.
