I have stayed at the Pelangi a number of times but not for at least 3 years now and unless they have refurbished, I imagine the rooms would be getting a little 'tired'. I have also stayed in the cottage suites at Melasti and theyre probably is not alot of difference between the standard at Pelangi and Melasti. Pelangi however has minimal space to sit outside, I would not even say that the ground floor rooms there have a balcony as such and they face each other so no view. Puri Raja would be my pick or I am sure many forumites will suggest Kumala Pantai.
