The Bella Rosa, attached to the Padma is excellent if you like paying way too much for a tiny meal that is average at best. It's good though, especialy if you like the local wine, because they let you pay the price of a small car for a 'caraff' the size of a thimble, half filled with some type of balinese vinegar. I've heard the dolphin fillet is good though......
