I can recommend guide Wayan Budiana 062 81337178309- I booked his tour through the hotel i was staying at last year. Similar to previous responses, the tour can be adapted to your needs. i visited Pejeng market prior to commencing the tour. Breakfast was provided at kitamani and cyling progressed down local roads. i stopped on several ocassions to take photographs and walk in the rice fields alongside a visit to a temple and visiting a family compound. Finally in Ubud, a magnificent Balinese meal.
