search the forum for more info. They have really good quality bikes with helmets. You get fitted for the bike personally. The trip is easy, mostly downhill, a van follows in case you get tired and a ute follows to collect the bikes. The meal at the end is in the home of the owner, his wife does all the cooking, the home is in a compound of a village, you get to see how they live, work and play. The breakfast is at a restaurant overlooking the volcano. You visit the rice paddies, a coffee plantation, a temple and get to hear of village life. Plenty of rest breaks for icy cold water, juicy oranges and bananas. The owner is Balinese so nay profits go back into the business and helps the Balinese not some rich foreign owner.
Check I'm pretty sure that you can email and ask about the kiddy seats. You are collected from your hotel and taken to the breakfast first.
