Hi, haven't stayed at Puri Raja but have stayed at Jayakata and Melasti several times. Melasti could perhaps be a little cheaper because if you have up to 3 children they will let you share a suite near the front of the hotel (beach end), only 1 bathroom but suite is generous in size and extremely good value for money. I would not call them luxurious but we have always found them more than adequate and the position is great. Good Luck.
