lately, at the Swiss/Bavarian Restaurant next to Peppitos in Jl Kediri, Tuban, I have noticed horse-meat on the menu for the lovers of this particular meat. It was certainly available at Horse Butchers in my youth in Ireland.
On the table was notice of "Horse Knackers" as a special. Taking my friend Putu Gede there this evening as he claims to be an expert, drooling at the thought. I may have to leave for a barf moment or two as the idea doesn't appeal to me at all.
