Just take walk along the paved walkway along the beach and you will find lots of restaurants to stop at and have a drink or a something to eat.
Market shopping go to Sindhu Beach Market it is also along the paved walkway, it is about halfway along the beach.
Next door to Tootsies is Jenny shop another fixed price store.
you can spend most of your day stopping at restaurants and shopping and if you wont to have a swim just stop in at one of the hotels along the beach and order something to drink or eat and I don't think they will mind if you had a swim.
Our Kids are 8 and 14 and we have been staying in Sanur since our youngest was a baby, and they love Sanur and always wont to spend most of our holiday there. We stay at the Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel and get two interconnecting rooms, nice hotel with a pool that go the whole length of the hotel can not keep the kids out of it.
