At Red Skin Tattoo on Jl Kartika Plaza in tuban between the Santika and Ramada Bintang Hotels. His shop is very clean and as everyone does he uses clean needles etc. He did a good job on all of our tattoos and at a good price.
Just walk around and check out a few places, they are everywhere. Go to the one that you feel most comfortable with. That is what we did last year. We checked out a few that are mentioned on here but were not as happy with them as Red Skin.
But as always go with where you are happy and remember that the cheaper the price the cheaper the job that you may get.
