The factory outlets are usually the best and all the main labels are there, A week ago the Billabong factory outlet had some items at 75% off which was also the case there about 4 months ago. Another good shop is called Planet Surf which is located at the rear of Kuta/Legian in a complex named Central, they carry many brands and a lot of the clothes(made under license in Bali) are unique to Bali,so you wont see them everywhere in Aus.Cant help with a driver as you did not say where you are staying
