My sister had one made for her daughter at 'Alus Tailor & Boutique' ask for Asri, Jalan Raya Kuta No 40B phone 0361 753646... if you or your driver knows where Super Nova is, its just near there. She is more expensive than others, but does a good job. I have had jackets and pants made there and was very happy with the fit and quality of workmanship.
