Just back from 10 wonderful weeks in the island of the gods. Well where do I start. First of all lets start with the flight from Sydney. Flu Jetstar, don't know where they got the star from but I would only rate them about .5 out of 10, had heaps of problems with the flight, the service was crap was 3 hours into flight before we were given a drink, and the meal would make Gordon Ramsey squirm.
Finally touched down in Denpasar, through customs etc went to collect my luggage and there was that unholy white cross, before I could even read the name on the tag to make sure it was my luggage along came those pesty porters. Told them where to go, I can handle my own bags, after all I am a seasoned traveller of Bali and do not need any help.
Through the doors to those wonderful smells that we all love so much, after the flight I just had, I could not give a s*** about those wonderful Bali smells, all I wanted to do was get to my resort, so of I went and got my bluebird taxi without any problems.
Must retire now more tomorrow.
