We were at the Safari Park two weeks ago. Its a great place. I think if you have 6 or more they will transport you for free.
Its US $25 to get in - this covers 1 photo with an animal and a safari bus tour. There are other opportunities for photos with animals and they are an additional 20,000 Rp. Elephant rides were 100,000 Rp and they also had camel rides but I didn't check out the price.
The safari bus tour takes around 30 - 40 minutes and you are really quite close to all the animals (tigers, lions, zebras, elephants, monkeys, hippo's, crocodile and blah blah, the list goes on).
When you finish in the safari park, they have quite a large water park and pool area to play in (no additional charge just take a towel). They also have a couple of amusement rides that are free of charge.
