We were there last week and our regular driver took us. He was able to go in for free as this was his first time. It is about an hour drive from Legian where we were staying. We were there for 4 hours but we did not use the water park, I guess if you were to do that you may be there for longer. I do not know anything about a shuttle bus from Kuta, as I said we just used our regular driver, and he had a good day too. It is well worth it.
