A shuttle bus leaves Kuta Square (don't know where exactly) at 10am. I rang the park number as i had been told that they did hotel pickups but that was all the info I could get. I believe that now your driver can get in for free, otherwise if he waits for you the park does provide him with lunch. The time you spend there is really up to you. If you intend to use the water park and wait to see all the demonstrations, I would allow more time otherwise you can get through in a couple of hours (depending on how long you have to wait for the tram ride). It is about an hours drive from Kuta.
