There is Indus and Tropical Bale near to the Tjampuhan but they may be better on the flat in the town.
Saraswati next to the Palace is very nice hotel and they might like to eat at the Lotus and watch the dancing, or somewhere on the upper part of Monkey Forest Rd, ie Ubud Village Inn or Cendana. All about the same price as the Tjampuhan. Many restaurants close by all of these.
