The rainbow cafe is right across from the Bounty, it is just a down to earth cafe but the staff are tops and the food and drink good value. Not the place to go for something special, but for somewhere very handy and accommodating you cant beat it.
There was also another place on the same side of the street as the bounty but half way down the lane on the corner. Their food was also quite good and it is worth trying the mie goreng at the Bagus Pub (while watching the footy)
