cable ties. Any outside pockets that can't be locked, cut the zip tag off and superglue the zipteeth. Remember that they may have to be opened by customs.
Saying that though if someone wants in your suitcase they'll get in by running a biro point along the zip, the zip will open and then can be reclosed the same way.
Of course opportunity is the main concern and if the suitcase next to your heavily secured one is an easier target then that will be the one opened.
Keep all valuables in your hand luggage.
