Bali we all agreed that this would be the only place we wouldn't return to.
I found the reception staff to be unhelpful - they always huffed and puffed when you asked them something. They forgot to pick us up from the airport - because "oh we were busy" - the girl on reception was actually asleep when we rocked up at 10pm! Go figure!
The rooms were cleaned okay but overall the place just felt dirty to us.
A lot nicer, friendlier places to stay at for the money than the Melasti.
