getting them to come back to me, even when I attentioned it to Mr Pony, Maureen answered and her emails were not correct.
Saying that, at least I got an answer sooner or later (a few days) the Hard Rock don't even bother answering. lol
I went elsewhere where they value my custom and answer promptly (well Bali prompt anyway)
