During the wet season, the seas can be rough and the ferries can be cancelled.
The options are:
* fly to Flores;
* take a Perama trip from Senggigi via Komodo Island to Flores; or
* bus to Padang Bai, ferry to Lembar, bus to Labuhan Lombok, ferry to Sumbawa, bus to Bima and a ferry to Flores.
