Have a look at some of the natural health forums or pages or call a naturapath for quantities to use. You can also treat your mosquito net on the stroller or crib. I used to that when the kids were babies and we went camping.In those days I used skin so soft bath oil as a repellant. Maybe adding lavender oil to baby oil might work but I have no idea of chemical reactions, just don't use neat lavender oil.
