Noticed further down there was a posting... just wanted to add that our american express card was used twice, not sure where it originated from but we did use it in bali to pay for accomodation. So after cards being cancelled and all the crap you have to go through I was realy annoyed about missing all my altitude points. I contacted the complaints dept and sent copies of my statement where I had spend on my savings what would have been credit card purchases. Just to let you know that if you supply them with the details they will credit you the points you would have missed out on. Just have to prove it!
