Great Hotel, very spacious clean room etc... Everytime I have stayed there free upgrade was given upon asking... Staff are great especially the recreation guys down by the pool... can play beach volleyball, soccer etc with them... safe beach area in the pool for your kids to play/swim.... if you walk outside the hotel to the beach and turn right and walk towards the huts you can get a good massage for a very cheap price... Very quiet hotel and very good buffet breakfast.. Only issue is it is a bit out of the way so you have to get a taxi to go anywhere but it is not a real problem as there is always taxis waiting out the front of the hotel.... I'd probably recommend the hotel to families and honeymooners... I went with my family & some mates and as we had spent the first week of our holiday in kuta for the 2nd week we just relaxed by the pool and then headed into kuta at nighttime.
