higher DEET content for a toddler. Travel doctor said that the tropical strength RID (with 20% DEET) was enough for a toddler. We were in Bali last June with our 18 month old and I used the RID tropical strength spray can to spray his clothes, then used the roll-on to apply a little bit on his exposed skin i.e. forehead, neck, wrists and ankles/feet. I also dressed him in light cotton long sleeved shirt and pants for early morning and late afternoon/evening (sprayed with RID) to try and keep the mozzies off. I'm happy to say that he didn't get one bite during our two week stay. Have a great trip!
