The prepaid visa arrival point is to the right of the VOA line up.
It is sometimes slower than the VOA line. It can get very frustrating when you are the next in line and a group of around 30 people are escorted in front of you because they have paid extra for the VIP/express visa service.
The check in point for a prepaid visa is also the check in point for Indonesians returning home.
