We have Travelex Cash Passport. Have now used in several countries including Thailand, New Zealand and bali. Cost $3.75 withdrawal but as its not connected to your bank acounts if stolen or lost. As said you can use at any ATM which has the VISA sign and you get two cards linked to the same account which is useful. You can top up via Bpay.
