I use Cash Passport cards for my 'shopper' in Bali, i just top up the card and he empties it at the ATM lol.
The exchange rate isn't good - compared to EFTPOS and cash advances on credit cards.
I think its $10 per 'top up' - but it is handy to have 2 cards!!
