can be skimmed and used or tried to be used sometimes up to a year after the theft happens, your card could have been skimmed anywhere, even here at home the Bali transfer incidental... did the bank actually say Bali? I thought they didn't say where anymore... they used to but with 3 different credit card companies the phone calls have not told me where or when just that it was compromised and a new card would be issued.
