No never seen stone fish but plenty of sea snakes, but they have really small mouths and you literally have to put your finger or toe in their mouth to get bitten. But you need to be aware at night as we have seen them swept on the beach at night with high tide.

We have snorkelled with loads of Jellyfish in Gammit bay (Nusa Penida) but they didn't sting, just off putting.
