I haven't stayed there for several years, but still pass by it when I'm in the area. It is a small hotel located right next to Puri Raja (if you're on the beach) otherwise you must turn down the gang by the fairy store....on Padma Utara. It's beach front...it seems to me that the majority of the guests staying there were European....theres probably a website..the restaurant is good, and has some German dishes..
