I don't know what a walden millar jacket is, however i got a bike jacket made at Dolphin in Jan this year.
It is a heavy leather and the elbows and shoulders have double leather.
The brass zips were good as well.
$180 AUD was the cost. I am happy with the result, be clear with the design and ask for exactly what you want.
If the appearance is important take a photo or magazine ad. If the thickness is important, don't place the order until you have a sample to feel and look at.
I have had a few things made here over the years and have no complaints.
