I would also recommend sharkey's, they're a bit aside from the main tourist traps next to 4 seasons, and have always had excellent service and food (which i cannot say for the other restaurants, their level of service can be excellent one day and the next day you wait almost two hours for food!).
Like already mentioned, they provide free transfers so you don't need to find a cab :) just call 0815 580 98486.
and as for the prices, i guess on average we spend around 200 000 per person, including wine and a huge array of seafood (fish,clams,prawns etc) which includes rice, vegetables and different sauces, plus fresh fruit for dessert.
