On our holiday last year we stayed at the Hard Rock for the first week, then up to legian to a much cheaper hotel for the second, and we were really wished we were back at the hard rock. Do the cheaper hotel first and then you can look forward to the luxury.
We also found that it didnt feel like we had a 2 week holiday, because it was disrupted with the move, it felt like 2 much shorter holidays.
We held back a lot during the first week saying we would do it or buy it after we move hotels. Then we had to cram everything into 1 week.
This is just a few things that we felt, and decided that we would never split the holiday again.
