If you like roast Pork, the Babi Guling at Ibu Oka's is the best I've ever eaten. Maybe go there for an early lunch.
Also loved the pork ribs at the fly cafe. Many great places to eat, Indus, Casa Luna, Barrandi,Cafe Wayan.
Ubud really does deserve longer than a day. We tend to go straight to Ubud for three nights, its a great place to get back into the Bali spirit.
