Sorry, can't help you there. I flew with them from Veitnam to Thailand and on to Singapore after booking online from Oz. The time I flew into KL was with Singapore Airlines, and the train was easy to find once in the terminal. I don't know where the Air Asia terminal is so don't know how easy it is to get to the train.
