Tulamben is good spot for diving, close by is amed. Padang bay is good to0, if you have time to nusa lembongan and also nusa penida. West coast is only menjangan island. There is no price for airport taxi to tulamben. however if you want good transport, you may just get my best friend in bali pbsiahaan@yahoo.com He can help you a lot. Good luck.
