just at the top of town and easy to walk to anything in the city or to Botanic Gardens. They have kitchen facilities, clothes washer etc etc in each unit. Cost varies but has usually been about 75-90/night. In the dry season is dearer. Have a look at

They do a breakfast and have a very good Cinese restaurant attached.
