......for you our flight was just a one off but I'm really not confident, have flown with Qantas twice and both times they have lost our luggage! One the positive side.....i flew with an Indian airline last year that almost crashed, it was an incredibly scary experience and am now terribly nervous about flying, the good thing about Qantas is they do have a good safety record....unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about them!!!!!!
