yes they're great . my partner took the recommended dose and it fixed the problem very quickly . BUT a word of warning, lower the dose if symptoms are mild or you could end up severely constipated . we found that the usual groaning belly and a few trips to the bathroom can be helped with a lower dose . cheers :)
