Most of those restaurants already mentioned are good - La Lucciola a particular favourite.
If they are staying at the ritz carlton then they cant go past their restaurant Dava. We stayed there last year and it was one of the best meals we've had anywhere!! Im told that the Four Seasons (just down the road from Ritz) does a beautiful beach dinner where they set up canopied day beds and candles everywhere & serve it to you right there. Very romantic and the Four Seasons cooking is great too!
