It was some years ago so hope you can work it out. I didn't know address either (still don't) so during lunch at a restaurant on the main road ( restaurant had about 3 levels overlooking the river) I asked our driver to enquire with staff as to Kutut's location.
It worked, they knew it, and we went and spent time with Kutut.
Recommend buying an offering basket from Ubud markets to give to Kutut with any monetary donation for healing.
We found him to be a very helpful, and yes, fascinating person.
