like the others said as there are only two of you it will be easy. The only time you would have a problem is if you wanted a specific room at a specific hotel.
I know the only reason I am booking now for Christmas is because we want a private villa with at least 4 rooms, private pool and must be in Sanur and be a very good price, with wonderful reviews! so if you are going to be that fussy maybe worry LOL.
You will probably find some of the most interesting places you ever stayed in, good luck.
