My sister was talking about going to Bali for Christmas, I said "sounds great", thinking no way we've got no money and I've got a sensible hubby.
I asked hubby what would he think of going to Bali for Christmas, putting in that we should always be there for family when they need us! "hmm maybe" said he, WHAT thought I, he didn't say no did he?
Then, for fun, I just started looking at places to stay, also I started slowly dragging other family members in, and before I knew what I was doing I booked a villa!, I was panicked as they were booking up fast! it wasn't my fault.
My sisters think it looks great.
My hubby has no idea.
What have I done? I don't think he even remembers talking about it, but I have to admit I have a huge smile on my face and nearly a year to talk him into it!
I am just imagining how happy will he be when I tell him ( some time in the future) "look I have found the perfect place, and it's available", that I could get such great accommodation so late in the year, he will be so proud of me!
Just kidding, I will tell him in a few days after he agrees to actually go for Christmas.
