Hubby and I and 2 children. The breakfast was great, a large choice, we always had enough cutlery, cups etc.. Always got a pool lounge and good service around pool area.
Our room did not smell and staff were very friendly.
I was disappointed when we first arrived as hubby and I were given separate beds but they did move us to another room (interconnecting with 10 & 11 year old).
Our room wasn't very clean on arriving so we got them into fix the problem.
Always enough bath towels.
Food for room service nice but expensive incomparison to other hotels of same rating.
Biggest low for us was - NO HOT WATER!
Complained, and they tried to fix, then we complained, and they tried to fix....none until the 2nd last day we were there when they decided to fix gas... Also we did not like the few stairs up to room cause of hubby's bad knees.
Not sure if I'd stay there again or not, it had great location and as I said we've stayed at worse.
