I had the departure tax ready to be paid for our 1yr old last September and was told "no departure tax for child under 2". We still had to pay the VOA on arrival though. Check at the Departure Tax Desk because I'm interested to know. Going back in June when Mstr 1 will be 20months old. Cheers. Lisa
