Stayed just before Xmas - central area for shopping, mini mart across road and a few good eateries. Fairly bare rooms, no TV, no fridge and no stand to put the bag on but clean. Even though I had a local rate it is somewhat over the top compared to what you can find in Kuta or Sanur...having said this it is fairly average for Ubud except for the Tegal Sari which is always booked well ahead.
