I would suggest taking two cabs from the airport as you'd struggle to get 4 adults in a Bali cab even without any suitcases. On departure we generally have the transport counter at the hotel book us a van or you can organise a driver off the street to pick you up, as the boot of the taxis over their only hold one large suitcase and maybe a couple of carry on bags.
