The taxi counter will sell you a voucher for the location of your hotel - Tuban, Kuta, Legian or Seminyak - different price for each. Inexpensive. If your Hotel does a free pick up, when you leave the airport you will see someone with a sign with your name (or something close) on it. If a free pick up is included in your hotel package email the hotel before you leave to remind them.
Good advice about the porters - avoid them.
