Have stayed there 4-5 times and for price is ok.
Make sure you have booked a superior room as the standard ones are out the back with nothing to look at.
5 minutes to beach and mataharies using lane out back which brings you out on singasari st (Ex bakungsari st) turn left walk to end of road and you are at art markets/beach. Go straight across road after leaving lane and keep going for 2 minutes you are at bemo corner.
Last year we paid $27 a room per night (superior)
